Our ambition is to deliver long-term value—to our clients, to our professionals, and to society—as the world’s most recognized professional services firm. **What are we looking for?** Currently, we seek to hire a Finance Consulting Manager in Madrid or Barcelona, with over 7 years of consulting experience, including the last 3–4 years focused on Data & AI-driven Finance function transformation, both nationally and internationally. **Key responsibilities of the selected candidate will include:** * Managing Finance Transformation projects where AI plays a key role: + AI value/ROI agenda for the Finance function from multiple perspectives: Value, Innovation, Processes, Organization, Information Systems & Data. + Design and re-engineering of end-to-end financial processes, aimed at improving effectiveness (value agenda), efficiency, and control—supported by AI and other emerging technologies. + Design and implementation of Data & Analytics Centers of Excellence (CoEs). + Design and implementation of data models for the Finance function. + Digital Finance – Finance function transformation under an integrated digitalization approach, applying new technologies and ways of working—including AI across all maturity levels (Traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI)—combined with traditional Finance technologies. + Data governance model and AI governance model. + People strategy for effective AI adoption in Finance. + Support/advisory for change management implementation and execution via the Finance Transformation Office and PMO. * Leading stakeholder engagement with CFOs, their direct reports, and CDOs. * Innovation and development of new technologies and use cases delivering value to the Finance function. * Business development. * Leadership in approach, management, and preparation of commercial proposals. * Team leadership, serving as a role model and mentor for managers and consultants. **Requirements:** * We seek proactive, innovative professionals eager to engage in developing new solutions that accelerate our clients’ transformation journeys. Candidates must understand market trends, EY assets, and be able to build solutions for the Spanish market—coordinating closely with our Data & AI Center and its +100 professionals. * Minimum 7 years of prior experience in similar roles managing programs in the areas mentioned above: + Diagnosis and transformation of the Finance function. + Optimization and improvement of financial processes leveraging technology (PTP, OTC, RTR…). + Design and implementation of AI models for Finance: Traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI. + Value office of the Finance Transformation Office related to AI and other Finance technologies. * Strong project management, team leadership, communication, and leadership skills, with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary environments and strong client orientation. * Very high-level stakeholder engagement capability; professionals accustomed to interacting with CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other members of executive leadership teams. * Advanced English proficiency (C1). * International project experience will be viewed favorably. * Knowledge and experience with leading Finance technologies—and how they are enhanced by AI—is highly desirable: SAP S4/Hana FI-CO/PA, SAC, Blackline, Celonis, Power BI, OneStream, Kyriba or XRT, AI, among others. **What we offer:** * Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and skills to tackle new challenges. * AI as the engine of the consulting profession: EY leads global investment in AI applied to its own business processes.
