At CBRE, we seek a highly motivated, proactive, and strong leadership-oriented Facilities Manager who will take full responsibility for managing the workplace environment, ensuring an excellent employee experience and operational efficiency across all facilities. You will be a key figure in transforming workspaces—creating inspiring, efficient, and globally aligned environments while adapting them to local needs. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management Lead and develop the facilities team, fostering a high-performance culture. Coordinate various services (maintenance, cleaning, reception, etc.). Drive adoption of global programs adapted to the local context. *️ Operations and Efficiency Manage budget and optimize operational costs. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage vendors and negotiate contracts. Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and business continuity. ? Employee and Stakeholder Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for incidents and requests. Continuously improve the workplace experience. Collect and analyze user feedback. Maintain direct relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. ✅ Requirements 3\-5 years of prior experience in Facility Management or similar roles. Technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electricity, security, etc.). Experience managing teams and vendors. Analytical ability and results orientation. Excellent communication and influencing skills. High level of English (mandatory) Daily use in communication with international stakeholders.
