We seek to hire a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and improvement of our facilities. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the group's various facilities. * Resolve incidents related to plumbing, basic electricity, masonry, and general minor repairs. * Installation and repair work on plasterboard (drywall) systems. * Replacement and repair of lighting fixtures, sockets, switches, and other basic electrical components. * Plumbing repairs (faucets, toilet tanks, pipes, drains, etc.). * Painting, carpentry adjustments, and space conditioning. * General inspection of facility conditions and identification of maintenance needs. * Occasional coordination with external specialized companies when required. Requirements * Prior experience in comprehensive building, facility, or workplace maintenance roles. * Demonstrable knowledge of: * Plumbing. * Basic electricity. * Masonry and plasterboard (drywall) work. * Painting and general repairs. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Technical training related to maintenance, electricity, installations, or similar fields is desirable.
