Description
A position is available to assist in the workshop with technical tasks related to electronics and assembly. The main responsibility is to support the supervisor in manufacturing components and performing repairs for customers, combining electronic work with mechanical aspects. Repairing parts, performing precision soldering, and using workshop hand tools daily will be required.
The job also includes operating Windows-based equipment and software for device programming, as well as managing documents using Word and Excel. Another important aspect is traveling across various locations in Spain to carry out technical interventions. The pace is dynamic, with multiple projects running simultaneously, and close collaboration with other technicians and the workshop supervisor. The experience is varied, alternating between workshop tasks and field assignments.
Technical knowledge in basic electronics is required; proficiency in soldering electronic components is essential. Experience handling common workshop tools—such as wrenches and screwdrivers—is necessary. An advanced user-level proficiency with the Windows operating system is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and peripheral issues, including USB ports and network configurations. Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English proficiency are mandatory, with the ability to operate effectively in international contexts. Knowledge of Catalan is considered a positive asset. A valid driver’s license is compulsory, along with full availability for travel, averaging two to three trips per month, which may include one- or two-day overnight stays. The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of autonomous learning, and skilled at resolving unexpected issues effectively. Commitment to the responsibilities of the role and completion of at least primary education are required.
