Description
The professional will assume responsibility for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of machinery and production lines. This involves a broad range of tasks aimed at diagnosing, repairing, and systematically maintaining complex industrial equipment. The scope of work will focus on electrical and automated systems, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems—core components of manufacturing processes. Supervising and adjusting these systems is critical to preventing disruptions and maintaining the productivity and quality levels required by the company in the industrial sector.
Daily activities include interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics, as well as identifying and resolving faults in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and control systems. Handling specialized diagnostic tools—such as multimeters and thermal imaging cameras—will be a routine part of the job to perform precise assessments. Additionally, calibration, adjustment, and replacement of critical components—including frequency inverters, servo motors, and various sensors—will be required to ensure all machinery operates within established technical parameters.
Documentation and reporting constitute another essential aspect of the role. All interventions—whether corrective or preventive—must be meticulously recorded in the computerized maintenance management system. This recordkeeping facilitates equipment history tracking, supports future maintenance planning, and contributes to the overall optimization of plant operations. The position operates within a dynamic environment that demands consistent analytical capability and problem-solving under pressure.
The offered contract is indefinite and direct with the company. Working hours follow a fifth-shift system, involving continuous rotation including weekend work and corresponding compensation via structured rest days. The company provides a workplace equipped with highly automated machinery, enabling continuous development and updating of specialized technical knowledge. There is an opportunity to join a qualified technical team within a stable and well-structured industrial environment.
A Higher Vocational Training Cycle qualification in fields such as Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or Automation is required. A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience working as an official electromechanical technician in industrial environments is mandatory, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or packaging sectors. Solid and practical knowledge of industrial electricity, schematic reading, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC-based system fault diagnosis is required. Availability to integrate into a rotating shift system and residence in the area—or possession of a personal vehicle for commuting—is necessary.
