**DRAFTING DESIGNER** We are offering an IN-PERSON position to join our Civil Engineering and Urban Planning department at our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands. **The candidate must** \- Hold a medium or higher vocational qualification related to drafting \- Have at least 2 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and/or BIM modeling (urban planning, drainage networks, service facilities) \- Possess knowledge of AutoCAD \- Be willing to step outside their comfort zone, learning new systems and methodologies. \- Perform construction quantity take-offs \- Be proactive and solution-oriented \- Currently reside in or establish residence in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands. **The following will be valued in the candidate** \- Experience operating surveying instruments \- GIS knowledge \- BIM knowledge \- Civil 3D knowledge \- Maritime works knowledge **Main responsibilities:** · Produce drawings, construction details, and quantity take-offs for construction projects. **We offer:** · Permanent, long-term employment with the company. · Immediate start. · Flexible working hours **About us** Decode Ingeniería is an engineering services and construction project management company.
