Job Summary: Develop and implement improvements in production processes using Lean Manufacturing to optimize productivity and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Drive and sustain the Lean Management system in Manufacturing. 2. Lead the development of Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM). 3. Ability to handle high workloads and proactivity. **Job Mission:** Achieve internal customer satisfaction by proposing, developing, and implementing improvements in production processes through Lean Manufacturing tools, with the objective of improving productivity and scrap results, and increasing product quality. **Minimum Requirements:** * Strong learning ability. * Problem-solving skills and adaptability to change. * Ability to handle high workloads. * Office 365. * Advanced Excel. * We seek proactive, organized individuals with communication skills for interacting with various types of customers and accustomed to dynamic work environments. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Responsibilities:** * Drive, energize, and sustain the Lean Management system in the Manufacturing area. * Lead the development of fundamental Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM). * Define standard processes with support from production teams. * Conduct process audits. * Pilot the Management of Improvement Ideas.
