**Job Description** We are seeking responsible drivers to join an international field data collection and operations project in Spain. The position involves conducting assigned routes, following specific operational procedures, and collaborating on collecting information related to mobility and transportation technologies. We seek individuals with excellent driving habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally while adhering to established protocols. This is a stable opportunity offering a full-time employment contract, specialized training, and professional development prospects within innovative international projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive and monitor vehicles during assigned routes. * Follow designated routes, operational procedures, and schedules. * Maintain constant attention on vehicle behavior and road conditions. * Intervene in driving when necessary to ensure safety. * Accurately and thoroughly record observations, incidents, and relevant events. * Use mobile applications, digital tools, and in-vehicle integrated systems. * Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure data quality. * Strictly comply with all project safety regulations and procedures. * Maintain a professional attitude focused on continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Citizenship of the European Union. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Availability to travel to the United States for initial training (visa provided by the company). * Good level of English for communication with international teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night hours. * Ability to remain focused during extended periods of driving. * Basic knowledge of digital tools, smartphones, and productivity applications. * Excellent driving habits and strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). * Experience working in structured, process-oriented environments. * Familiarity with data collection or operational reporting. * Professional driving experience in demanding environments. **What We Offer** * Full-time employment contract. * Specialized training and certification in the United States. * Defensive driving certification in Madrid. * Paid training during the onboarding period. * Travel and accommodation expenses covered during training. * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge international technology projects. * Professional, structured, and safety-oriented work environment. * Long-term professional development and growth opportunities. * Continuous training and ongoing support from the project team.
