We are seeking a person to perform general maintenance tasks in buildings located within a technology park in Zamudio. Duties include using hand tools and performing maintenance in electricity, plumbing, and masonry. The candidate will also be responsible for the air conditioning system, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. Other responsibilities include executing minor carpentry repairs, identifying and fixing malfunctions, and preparing reports on equipment status.
