We are looking for a BIM Modeler for construction-site work, with experience in BIM (ARQ, MEP, and STR experience preferred), to join our Madrid-based team in an on-site capacity. ?? What will be your mission? Develop BIM models across various MEP disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems) and ARQ (architecture and finishes); STR (structures) experience is highly valued. Ensure technical quality, interdisciplinary coordination, and delivery of outputs compliant with project standards. Participate in a large-scale, high-importance construction project requiring a high level of technical rigor and advanced BIM coordination. ?? What do we offer? Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Modeling MEP installations in Revit (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, sanitation, and plumbing) * Developing architectural models (walls, roofs, windows, cladding) * Incorporating parametric information into models (families, materials, loads, systems) * Generating construction drawings, schematics, and quantity take-offs * Detecting and coordinating clashes using BIM tools * Modeling steel, concrete, and prefabricated structures * Reviewing cross-disciplinary compatibility (ARQ, MEP, and STR) * Managing project phases, levels, and LODs * Preparing drawings, construction details, and material lists ?? This role is for you if you have: * Technical education in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field * Prior experience as a BIM Modeler in on-site environments * Proficiency in Revit ARQ and MEP * STR (Structures) modeling experience is desirable * Experience modeling MEP systems (HVAC, electricity, fire protection, plumbing) * Familiarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks or BIMcollab * Experience in interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection Experience: 3 years
