We champion a **collaborative, horizontal, and inclusive culture**, within a dynamic environment delivering real impact on the business ecosystem. **What will be your challenge?** ----------------------- We are looking for a **Data Analytics & AI Technical Manager** to lead a technological line within the **Security & Privacy Analytics strategy** of the Security and Privacy Area. You will work closely with the **Head of Security Analytics**, contributing to defining the technological vision, coordinating R&D+i projects, managing the team, and engaging with clients. Your main responsibilities will include: * Participating in and collaborating on the **technological strategy** of the Data Analytics & AI line, aligned with market trends and our technology monitoring outcomes. * Acting as the **technological reference**, leading the adoption of emerging technologies, algorithms, and techniques from the cybersecurity domain to enhance current systems—as well as advancing technology monitoring. * Identifying needs and transforming them into solutions through **technology transfer**. * Coordinating **R&D+i project proposals and execution**, both national and European, in areas such as Artificial Intelligence applied to cybersecurity and protection of Artificial Intelligence. * Supporting the **management of the technical team**, fostering professional development and collaborative work. * Coordinating **project execution**: planning, resource allocation, and client engagement. * **Representing Gradiant** at events, workshops, and forums within the cybersecurity and artificial intelligence ecosystem. You will join a dynamic team developing technological solutions in the field of cybersecurity—enabling you to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, state-of-the-art developments, and cutting-edge innovations in the market. **What we are looking for** ------------------- * Degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications**, or related fields. * **More than 5 years of professional experience** in cybersecurity, data, or AI infrastructure. * Experience in **leading technical teams and/or complex projects**. * Knowledge of the **Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence sectors**, especially from an R&D+i perspective. **We will positively consider** ----------------------------- * Experience in **AI deployment and data management**. * Participation in **European R&D projects** in data, cybersecurity, and privacy. * Knowledge of **privacy and security in AI systems**. * Experience in technical coordination and multidisciplinary environments. * Postgraduate or doctoral studies in **AI, cybersecurity, or related fields**. **What we offer** ---------------------- At Gradiant, we care deeply about both our projects and the people who make them possible.
