You will work closely with the **Head of Security Analytics**, contributing to defining the technological vision, coordinating R&D+i projects, managing the team, and engaging with clients. Your main responsibilities will include: * Participating in and collaborating on the **technological strategy** of the Data Analytics & AI line, aligned with market trends and our technology monitoring outcomes. * Acting as the **technological reference**, leading the adoption of emerging technologies, algorithms, and techniques from the cybersecurity domain to enhance current systems—as well as advancing technology monitoring. * Identifying needs and transforming them into solutions through **technology transfer**. * Coordinating **R&D+i project proposals and execution**, both national and European, in areas such as Artificial Intelligence applied to cybersecurity and protection of Artificial Intelligence. * Supporting the **management of the technical team**, fostering professional development and collaborative work. * Coordinating **project execution**: planning, resource allocation, and client engagement. * **Representing Gradiant** at events, workshops, and forums within the cybersecurity and artificial intelligence ecosystem.
