In Berriozar, we are seeking a person to fill an administrative support position within the logistics and transportation sector. Main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring clear communication and resolving any incidents. You will also manage parcel documentation, such as delivery notes, invoices, and shipment records, maintaining all files properly archived. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for monitoring the distribution network, coordinating pickups and dispatches. This involves reviewing schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines, as well as updating internal systems. Problem resolution will be critical: identifying deviations in the logistics process and proposing solutions to prevent delays. **Working hours are Monday to Friday, on a split shift:** from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30\. A permanent, direct employment contract with the company is offered, with an annual gross salary of €18.356 according to the applicable collective agreement. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, equipped with up-to-date tools and offering opportunities for professional development. Vocational training at Higher Technician (FP Grado Superior) level in Administration or a related field is required. At least one year of experience in administrative roles is required, preferably within the logistics sector. Solid office software skills are essential, including Microsoft Word, Access, and Factura Plus. Ability to efficiently manage customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
