Position Summary: We are seeking an access controller for Alannia Guardamar to manage entry and exit control, security supervision, and guest assistance, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and registration, and security supervision. 2. Incident coordination and implementation of emergency protocols. 3. Friendly and professional assistance to guests and users. At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the Spanish vacation and resort-camping sector, we are looking to hire **an access controller** for our Alannia Guardamar team in Alicante. **FIXED-TERM INTERMITTENT CONTRACT FOR JULY\-AUGUST, 40/20 HOURS; CONTINUOUS SHIFTS COVERING TIME SLOTS FROM 9 AM TO 11 PM.** **Responsibilities:** * Control and registration of access for guests, employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors. * Verification of identities, credentials, and access permissions. * Supervision of vehicle entries and exits via barriers or automated systems. * Conducting inspection rounds and preventive control in assigned areas. * Coordination with front desk and maintenance staff regarding incidents or unusual situations. * Custody and management of keys, magnetic cards, or access devices. * Communication and reporting of incidents to the designated supervisor. * Implementation of emergency protocols and basic first-aid response. * Providing assistance and information to guests, visitors, and users with friendly and professional conduct. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar roles, access control, or auxiliary services. * Observational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to respond to incidents and follow established procedures. * Basic proficiency with access control systems and computer tools. * Flexible availability and willingness to work rotating shifts. * First-aid training and foreign language skills—especially English—are valued. * **Personal vehicle required to commute to the campsite.** Salary: €1\.500,00\-€1\.700,00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
