At Innova't Educació, we are looking for dynamic, responsible individuals with an educational mindset to deliver Bibliomakers workshops, an educational program designed to introduce technology to children and youth through creation, coding, and imagination. Each Bibliomakers module consists of three 90-minute sessions, using materials such as LEGO, VEX, Bloxels, Scratch, Micro:bit, etc., adapted to the group's age and skill level. Workshops take place within the library setting, with small groups of children (typically aged 3 to 12). \- Prepare the necessary materials for each session (following provided instructions and guides). \- Travel to the assigned library with the materials (all required materials will be provided). \- Dynamically facilitate engaging and participatory workshops, adapting to the children's ages and promoting creativity and learning. \- Guide children through discovery and creation processes using tools like LEGO, VEX, Bloxels, Scratch, or Micro:bit. \- Manage groups of children and/or youth responsibly and attentively, ensuring a safe and positive environment. \- Collect all materials and leave the space tidy after each workshop. \- Report any issues or needs to the project coordination team. You will receive support before and after every session, along with detailed activity guides. What do we offer? Round-trip travel expenses covered. Training and ongoing support from Innova’t. Possibility to participate in other educational projects. * Experience: 3 months. \- Previous experience working with children or youth for at least 3 months (summer camps, recreational programs, schools, extracurricular activities, educational events, etc.) \- Ability to autonomously and positively manage groups \- Interest in education, technology, and pedagogical innovation \- Having a leisure activity supervisor certification or studies related to social and/or technological fields will be valued. Technical background is not required! We provide training and support so you can feel confident and comfortable facilitating the activities. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Catalan (spoken c1 \- d.functional, written c1 \- d.functional) * Spanish (spoken c1 \- d.functional, written c1 \- d.functional) * Skills / knowledge: \- Autonomy and organizational ability: you will be responsible for preparing sessions and managing time during workshops. \- Clear and empathetic communication with children and families. \- Creativity and flexibility to adapt activities to different groups. \- Punctuality and commitment to scheduled sessions. \- Ability to calmly and sensibly handle unexpected situations. \- Interest in continuing professional development in areas such as education, robotics, or digital creation. \- Driver's license and willingness to travel. * Vehicle availability * Driving license: B * Indefinite employment contract * Part-time schedule (10 hours \- fixed and periodic, discontinuous nature) * Additional relevant information: Workshops are primarily held Monday through Friday during afternoon hours, with dates confirmed well in advance. The schedule is flexible and adjustable based on your availability. Prior to starting, a practical and straightforward training session will be provided by the company to familiarize you with materials, workshop dynamics, and address questions. All necessary materials for the sessions will be supplied by Innova’t Educació. Ongoing support and coordination are guaranteed throughout the project. This role can be easily combined with other jobs, studies, or activities, as it involves specific, well-planned sessions.
