Engages in community development and inter-associative coordination El punt Òmnia is a public-access digital technology service open to everyone, offered in spaces and/or facilities equipped with publicly and communally accessible hardware and software, supported by a professional who animates the space and assists users. This professional—the animator—is essential for implementing the programme in each territory and ensuring that the Òmnia points become spaces of social inclusion, interaction, training, information, and community participation. Òmnia is a tool for expanding people’s knowledge, encouraging their participation in areas affecting them, and strengthening Catalonia’s associative fabric and services to drive social improvement processes. The programme also aims to create synergies among various social actors to foster responsible use of ICTs. Ultimately, it is a programme that works with new technologies, understanding them as a means to enhance and promote greater personal autonomy and as an element supporting participation and social cohesion. - Design and organise activities to approach, connect with, and link to community group(s), such as neighbourhood associations. - Support implementation of the defined project and monitor its progress. - Promote individuals’ autonomy through ICT use. - Foster interpersonal relationships and users’ connection to the community. - Develop users’ personal and occupational skills and capacities through access to new technologies and through training and upskilling processes. - Promote coordinated action among the associative sector, volunteers, non-profit managing entities, and institutional initiatives, to pool efforts in a territorially focused manner. - Activate local associations so they can access the information society, thereby improving their activities and participating in preventing and combating social exclusion. - Promote and reinforce existing networks to foster social cohesion. - Activate spaces for interaction and coexistence throughout the programmes to encourage participation and coexistence. * Experience: 2 years in integrating people at risk of social and labour exclusion; in community animation within the area of operation (Ribera d’Ebre); and in digital skills training for people at risk. * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: - ICT competencies: advanced level (ACTIC certification valued) - Knowledge of mediation and conflict management among community stakeholders - Proficiency in group animation and intervention techniques - Knowledge of innovation and creativity in group work - Knowledge of local resources to enable efficient networked work - Specific knowledge of designing, implementing, and evaluating community projects - Leadership, to manage teams comprising professionals and associations - Autonomy, to operate independently and make timely decisions - Problem-solving capacity, to effectively manage situations arising from community work involving diverse stakeholders - Knowledge of information and dissemination techniques and tools for community animation - Specific knowledge of interculturality * Vehicle availability * Driving licence: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary: 2002 * Other relevant information: Itinerant work across the municipalities of the comarca (Ribera d’Ebre).
