Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Manager to supervise staff, manage customer and supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with procedures in Vigo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workshop team leadership and supervision 2. Customer liaison and supplier management 3. Management of OHS, quality, and environmental procedures We are looking for a person to lead a workshop in Vigo. A degree in Industrial Engineering, proficiency in English, and advanced office software skills are preferred. At least two years of prior experience in similar roles and team leadership is required. A valid driving license (category B1) is mandatory; knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental management is also desirable. Responsibilities include supervising staff work and performance to ensure smooth service operation. You will act as the primary contact for customers, define production milestones, and manage suppliers to maintain efficient machinery operation. You will also implement OHS, quality, and environmental procedures, and manage personnel across work centers. A full-time schedule is offered, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, under a temporary contract.
