




Summary: Nesta is seeking trainers who wish to collaborate on a women's health and fitness project focused on strength training and individualization. Highlights: 1. Space to contribute ideas and personal expertise in a thoughtful environment We are beginning our search for trainers who wish to collaborate with Nesta. If you enjoy strength training applied both in small groups and in personal training, believe in individualization, and are interested in women's health, this project may be a good fit for you. We seek professionals who want to collaborate with a women’s fitness and health center founded with a clear, long-term vision. What types of sessions could you lead at Nesta: \- Personal training and/or small-group sessions (primarily strength and functional training). \- Tailor each session to the needs, goals, and life stage of each woman. \- Support clients in developing a healthy relationship with exercise. \- Participate, based on your professional judgment, in building and evolving the center’s working methodology * Minimum 1 year of experience. Essential requirements: \- Official degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFyD) or Technical Specialist in Physical Activity and Sports (TSE/TSAF). \- Active registration in the ROPEC registry. \- Valid work permit in Spain. \- High level of Catalan (mandatory for client interaction). \- Training or interest in female physiology and women-specific training. \- Strong communication skills and an approachable manner. Especially valued: \- Training or interest in prenatal and postpartum training. \- Experience in strength training and individualized coaching. \- A responsible, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP) \- Physical Activity and Sports * Bachelor’s Degree \- Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport * Catalan (spoken: Advanced, written: Intermediate) * Freelance contract (offers only) * Part-time schedule (10 hours \- annual workload) * Additional relevant information: How we understand collaboration at Nesta At Nesta, professionals collaborating with the project are as important as the women who visit the center.
