Our work transforms lives: we help people move better, feel better, and live better. ### **Responsibilities:** Your responsibilities: As a key team member, you will be responsible for: * Delivering personalized back-focused sessions to relieve and prevent pain. * Advising our clients on healthy habits and appropriate exercises. * Contributing to a positive and motivating atmosphere at the center. * Participating in the promotion of our services. ### **Profile:** What we seek: * Degree in Sports Sciences, TAFAD, or TSAP. * Experience in the fitness or health sector. * Knowledge of techniques for relieving back pain. * Strong communication and commercial skills to promote our services. * Customer-oriented mindset. ### **What We Offer:** What we offer: * A dynamic position and a passionate team. * Working hours: part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s profile. * Continuous training through workshops and courses. * Professional growth opportunities, including potential advancement to roles with greater responsibility. Compensation terms * Working hours: between 20 and 40 hours per week. * Annual base salary: between 17\.000 € and 20\.000 € (calculated based on a full-time schedule of 40 h). * Potential periodic salary increases based on performance and seniority. Optional incentive plan linked to the center’s revenue and growth in active members.
