**Grupo Hestia** is seeking a **Sociocultural Animator** for its sociosanitary center located in Barcelona If you are passionate about working with older adults and wish to join a team committed to high-quality care, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing, and facilitating sociocultural animation activities * Developing active aging and stimulation programs * Monitoring and evaluating implemented activities * Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team * Promoting user and family participation * Proposing improvements and initiatives within the area **Requirements:** * Intermediate vocational qualification in Sociocultural Animation or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education * Experience in caring for older adults * Vocation for the sociosanitary field * Teamwork skills, empathy, and proactivity * Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (spoken) * Official certification required **We offer:** * Full-time employment contract * **Working hours:** * Monday: 09:30–13:30 – 15:00–17:41 * Tuesday: 09:30–13:30 – 15:00–17:41 * Wednesday: 09:30–13:30 – 15:00–17:41 * Thursday: 09:30–13:30 – 15:00–17:41 * Friday: 09:30–15:00 * Saturday: 09:30–13:30 * **Immediate start** * Salary according to the SISCAT collective agreement * A positive, collaborative work environment within a multidisciplinary team **Location:** Hestia Health Palau Sociosanitary Center **Position type:** Full-time – On-site employment **Apply now and become part of a team that provides close, professional care to people.** Position type: Full-time Salary: €1,859.46 per month Work location: On-site employment
