Wellness program (padel, yoga) Reporting hierarchically to the area supervisor, we aim to hire production operators for factory departments whose **main responsibilities** are: * Monitoring the critical control points specified in the section on technical specifications regarding analytical methods, and completing the incident report. * Reporting any anomalies to the section supervisor and to quality control. * Demonstrating appropriate environmental behavior during task execution (waste segregation, good environmental practices, reporting incidents and improvement opportunities, etc.). * Acting according to instructions received in case of emergencies. * Ensuring all production lines under their responsibility comply with specifications and adhere to defined standards. * Verifying compliance with instructions. * Performing and completing assigned production records. * Performing and completing the Control Plan. * Recording incidents. * Actively participating in the development of section standards. **What are we looking for?** Professionals with vocational training in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field to join a leading factory in the sector. **What do we offer?** * Flexible compensation * Wellness program (padel, yoga) * On-site cafeteria * Back School * Professional growth * Continuous learning
