Job Summary: We are seeking a Pilates Machine Instructor to teach classes in small groups with a personalized approach and ensure correct technical execution. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible schedules with the possibility of increasing working hours We are looking for a Pilates Machine Instructor to join our Pilates Studio in Castrillón (Asturias). Our studio specializes in machine-based work (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.) and offers high-quality, personalized classes in small groups. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Teach Pilates machine classes (primarily Reformer) * Adapt exercises to each student's individual needs * Ensure correct technical execution and a safe environment * Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with clients REQUIREMENTS: * Certified training in Pilates Machines (Reformer certification is mandatory) * Prior experience (preferred) * Knowledge of anatomy and postural control * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication ability * Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Certification from recognized schools * Experience in rehabilitation and physical therapy * Availability to extend working hours in the future WE OFFER: * Joining a studio with a professional and friendly atmosphere * Small-group teaching and high-quality work * Flexible scheduling * Opportunity to increase working hours based on demand Employment Type: Part-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Expected Hours: 20 hours per week Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
