At **My Flex Club**, we are seeking an **Assisted Stretching Specialist (1\&1)** to join our team in **Elche**. We are pioneers in Spain in **one-on-one assisted stretching**, with over **16 years of experience** and our own **certified training program**. Our goal is to improve people's **mobility, flexibility, and quality of life** through movement. Key responsibilities * Conduct **personalized assisted stretching sessions**. * Serve clients professionally, empathetically, and approachably. * Apply the club's established **quality and safety protocols**. * Participate in promotional activities and social media presence. * Maintain the facility and equipment in optimal condition. Requirements * Training in **personal training, physical therapy, or related fields**. * Responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude. * Eagerness to **learn and grow professionally**. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Availability to work **on-site in Elche**. Employment conditions * **Part-time position**, minimum 10 hours per week. * **Flexible schedule** Monday to Friday (weekend availability possible). * **Base salary starting at €350/month \+ commissions.** * **Ongoing internal training** included.
