Our work transforms lives: we help people move better, feel better, and live better. ### **Responsibilities:** * Deliver personalized back-focused sessions to relieve and prevent pain. * Advise clients on healthy habits and appropriate exercises. * Contribute to a positive and motivating environment at the center. * Participate in promoting our services. ### **Requirements:** * Degree in Sports Science, TAFAD, or TSAP. * Experience in the fitness or health sector. * Knowledge of techniques for relieving back pain. * Strong communication and commercial skills to promote our services. * Client-oriented mindset. ### **What We Offer:** * Part-time or full-time employment, depending on profile. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for professional growth. Compensation Terms * Working hours: 20–40 hours per week. * Annual base salary: €17\.000–€20\.000 (calculated based on a full-time schedule of 40 h/week). * Possibility of periodic salary increases based on performance and seniority.
