Overview: ### **Network Operator / Operations Technician (Aerospace Sector) \- Puertollano** ### **About the Project/Client** You will join a strategic project within the aerospace sector, participating in critical operations related to satellites and ground systems. You will work in a highly technological, dynamic, and demanding environment where innovation and service reliability are key.### **️ Responsibilities (What You Will Do)** * Operate and monitor critical network systems and platforms * Manage technical incidents, performing real-time analysis and resolution * Automate tasks and processes using scripting (Python, Java) * Work with Linux systems in operational and support environments * Participate in operations related to communications and radiofrequency (RF) * Collaborate with various technical teams to ensure service continuity * Adapt to a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and on-call duties ### **✅ Requirements (What Will Make You Succeed)** * Technical education (Higher Vocational Training) in DAM, DAW, ASIR, or Telecommunications Systems * Experience as a network operator or operations technician * Knowledge of Python and/or Java (intermediate level, approximately 1–2 years) * Experience working in Linux environments * Advanced English proficiency * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation * Teamwork skills and adaptability to changing environments * Availability to work rotating shifts and perform on-call duties * Personal vehicle mandatory (no public transport access) * **Desirable** * Experience in the aerospace sector (satellites or ground operations) * Knowledge of radiofrequency (RF) systems * Prior experience in operations automation * Experience in high-availability or critical systems environments ### **Work Modality** This position follows a **hybrid model**, combining remote work and on-site work at the **Puertollano (Ciudad Real)** center. Work is organized in **rotating morning and afternoon shifts**, structured as follows:* **Morning Shift** 06:00 – 10:00 remote 10:00 – 15:00 on-site * **Afternoon Shift** 13:00 – 18:00 on-site 18:00 – 22:00 remote Additionally, **availability for on-call duties** is required, primarily on weekends and holidays:* 06:00 – 11:00 * 17:00 – 22:00 Key points to note:* A **personal vehicle is mandatory** to access the workplace * IT equipment will be provided by the client for security reasons ### **What We Offer (Benefits)** Versatile Growth: Learn new languages and earn technical certifications through our Expleo Academy.
