Positive and dynamic attitude FUNDESPLAI, an educational organization managing various projects across the territory—specialized in school dining hall services—is looking for **DINING HALL MONITORS** with **experience working with children**, to join our team at schools we manage in the Baix Llobregat. If you have experience as a monitor or supervisor, enjoy teamwork, and are a solution-oriented person, this opportunity is for you! **Start Date: 02/02/2026** **End Date: End of academic year (June 2026)** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM** **Tasks and Responsibilities:** - As an educator, the monitor must accompany their group and serve as a role model for children, striving to meet their individual needs. - Foster a relational climate based on cordiality and assertive communication. - Support children in collaborating with dining hall tasks appropriate to their age and abilities, thereby fostering their autonomy. - Convey the values established in the overall dining hall project of the school where they work. - Report any incidents involving students to the dining hall coordinator, who will then communicate them to tutors, school management, or families as appropriate. - Prepare required reports according to agreements made with the school. - Self-manage group activities and workshops. - Encourage participation in proposed games/workshops. - Attend meetings convened by the coordinator or the company. - Maintain a positive and dynamic attitude that supports teamwork and group cohesion. **Skills:** * Solution-oriented * Cheerful * Enthusiastic * Optimistic * Generous * Participative * Flexible * Agile * Resourceful, observant, and clear-minded **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of experience performing similar duties. * Training and professional experience in leisure-related fields will be valued.
