Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook for dish preparation and cooking, kitchen management, and maintenance of hygiene and food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of hygiene and food safety In Oviedo (Asturias), an experienced cook with a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles is required. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes while ensuring consistent quality and attractive presentation, as well as managing the kitchen and its inventories. It is also essential to maintain hygiene and comply with food safety regulations. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with working days on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 24:00\. The monthly gross salary is 1\.600 euros.
