The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Shifts: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts in consecutive rotation (08:00–16:00 and 14:00–22:00\) with corresponding breaks. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Catering Services. * Temporary contract (vacation cover, with potential for permanent incorporation). * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities** * Carry out food preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor use of equipment, materials, and tools. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We aim to make your experience agile, clear, and human-centered.
