We are seeking personnel to carry out monitoring tasks on water distribution networks in Gandia. The position involves inspecting the network to detect possible leaks by analyzing abnormal flow rates and high consumption levels, as well as responding to alerts regarding seepage, unusual noises, or presence of water in manholes. Specific equipment such as geophones and correlators will be used, and work reports must be completed via a mobile application. Occasional night shifts and maintenance of flow and pressure measurement equipment are also required. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with employment conditions governed by the national collective agreement for the integrated water cycle. A medium- or higher-level vocational training qualification in Energy and Water, or equivalent two-year experience, is required. Knowledge of electroacoustic equipment, prior experience in leak detection, and basic proficiency in using mobile devices and computers are also valued. A minimum of six months’ experience in the water sector or plumbing is essential, as well as possession of a Class B driving license. Proximity of residence to the workplace in Gandia is considered a positive factor.
