Job Summary: Responsible for all textile cleaning processes, from receipt to delivery, communicating services and recording them in the system. Key Points: 1. Solid ironing experience, especially with delicate garments. 2. Attention to finishing details, timing, and final ironing quality. 3. Handling of complete cleaning processes and computerized record-keeping. Responsible for receipt, registration, stain removal, washing, mending, ironing, packaging, and delivery of textile cleaning services. Ability to communicate offered services and record them in computer software. **Solid ironing experience is mandatory**, especially with delicate and high-demand garments such as **suits, shirts, and dresses**, paying attention to finishing details, timing, and final quality.
