Description
**AMAQ**, a company specializing in the **rental and sale of public works and agricultural machinery**, is seeking to hire a **Workshop Manager** with **extensive experience in machinery mechanics**.
**Responsibilities:**
* Organize and coordinate workshop operations and the mechanical team.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Supervise repairs and commissioning of machinery.
* Manage spare parts inventory and workshop requirements.
**Machinery:**
We primarily work with **Manitou**, **Takeuchi**, **Bobcat**, **aerial work platforms**, **telescopic handlers**, **excavators**, **mini-excavators**, **dumpers**, and other agricultural and public works machinery.
**Requirements:**
* Proven extensive experience as a machinery mechanic.
* Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity.
* Ability to diagnose faults and work autonomously.
* Experience in team organization and management.
* Responsible, solution-oriented individual with leadership capabilities.
* Valid driver's license.
