Collaboration in incident detection with the supervisor Production operators are sought for an industrial company located in Loeches, Madrid, specializing in packaging ink manufacturing. Main responsibilities include raw material replenishment, finished product control, and ink production supervision and execution. The role also involves equipment startup and cleaning, as well as collaboration with the production supervisor in identifying incidents. Operation of a retractable forklift and manual pallet truck is required. Prior industrial sector experience and a valid forklift operator license are mandatory. A positive attitude, strong commitment, and previous experience in similar production or manufacturing roles are highly valued. A personal vehicle is essential to access the industrial park, and full availability for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts is required. A one-month temporary contract is offered, with potential extension based on performance. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The hourly wage is €12.94, with a night shift premium of €14.76 per hour. Immediate start is required.
