We are currently looking to hire a **Wintel Administrator** to join a stable project focused on the administration, operation, and monitoring of technological infrastructures within a large-scale corporate environment. **What We Offer:** * Professional growth through participation in infrastructure and technological modernization projects. * Continuous training and professional development. * A specialized and collaborative technical environment. * Remote working model (on-site attendance only for occasional client meetings in Madrid). * Working hours: 08:00–17:00. * Paid on-call duties (approximately one week per month). **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration and operation of Windows Server environments. * Deployment, configuration, and implementation of new Windows servers. * Monitoring and maintenance of systems and infrastructures. * Automation of tasks via scripting. * Management and resolution of incidents related to systems and platforms. * Administration of VMware-based virtualized environments. * Collaboration with technical teams following Agile and DevOps methodologies. * Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational procedures. * Participation in continuous improvement of system operation and administration processes. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** \> Experience in Systems Administration, Operation, and Monitoring. \> Essential experience in: * Windows server administration. * Windows server deployment and implementation. * Scripting. * TCP/IP networking. * Virtualization platforms based on VMware technology. \> Experience applying DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. \> Degree officially recognized in Spain. \> Required education: One of the following qualifications is required: * University Bachelor's degree (MECES 2 / EQF 6\) or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific fields. * Diploma, Technical Engineering, or pre-Bologna Plan equivalents. * Alternatively, Higher Technician in Network Information Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent, supported by additional professional experience as specified in the requirements. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools. * Advanced knowledge of automation and scripting. * Experience in high-availability corporate environments. * Teamwork ability and service orientation. **If you meet the requirements and wish to join a team committed to technological excellence, don’t hesitate to apply.
