A minimum of 3 years of proven industrial welding experience is required. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred. Technical training in welding, mechanics, or related fields; knowledge of blueprint interpretation and quality standards; and possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
