Main responsibilities: + Coordinate and supervise service personnel. + Organize and monitor daily collection tasks. + Manage incidents and propose service improvements. + Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and vehicles. + Plan and monitor assigned resources. + Provide support and substitute the Waste Collection Manager when necessary. + Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and data protection laws. + Relevant qualification corresponding to subgroup C1\. + Required level of Catalan proficiency in accordance with current regulations. + Experience as a supervisor in the public administration and/or private sector. + Leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills. Preferred qualifications: + Valid heavy goods vehicle driving license (Category C). + Training in team coordination, planning, public procurement, administrative management, sector-specific regulations, office software, and occupational health and safety.
