WASTE COLLECTION ASSISTANT / VAN ASSISTANT

At **Recuperaciones Pérez**, we are looking to hire a **Van Assistant or Waste Collector** to strengthen our waste collection and management team. We seek responsible individuals who are eager to work and committed to service quality, enjoy teamwork and outdoor work. **Main responsibilities** * Accompany the driver during the collection route. * Collect, load, and unload materials and waste at various service points using manual and electric pallet trucks. * Handle and sort waste according to established procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the vehicle and work areas. * Assist in loading and unloading operations, ensuring safety throughout these activities. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Provide courteous and professional customer service when required. **Requirements** * Prior experience in waste collection, logistics, warehouse, construction, or similar physical labor roles is desirable. * Ability to perform physical effort and work outdoors. * Responsible, punctual, and proactive individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Valid Class B driving license (desirable). **We offer** * Employment with an established and growing company. * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Initial training provided by the company. * Positive working environment. * Opportunities for professional development within the company.
