We are seeking a team leader for a warehouse in Getafe, located within a logistics center equipped with a temperature-controlled chamber (4\-6 °C). Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations: starting and supervising the shift, addressing any emergencies, managing carrier arrivals and departures, and performing administrative tasks such as entering data into the system and monitoring the production schedule. The team leader also communicates the weekly schedule to staff, oversees compliance with safety regulations, reports incidents to the incident manager, and proposes process improvements. Additionally, they manage staff absences and conduct. The position requires rotating morning (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and evening (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) shifts, changing every 15 days. Working days are Monday through Sunday, with 5 working days and 2 rest days per week according to the roster; Sundays are always off, and Saturdays rotate. A long-term interim contract is offered, which may later convert to an indefinite-term contract. The annual gross salary is €22\.694,42, paid in 14 installments. Prior experience leading warehouse teams—especially in cold-chain or logistics environments—is highly valued, as well as problem-solving ability, communication skills, organizational capability, and commitment to occupational safety. Previous experience leading teams in warehouses or logistics centers. Familiarity with operations in temperature-controlled environments. Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
