Join a committed, customer-oriented team Atelier de Ballerinas is a company specialized in buying and selling artisanal footwear crafted in the province of Barcelona. We operate three physical stores located in the heart of the city, offering over 800 different styles of ballerinas, distinguished by our commitment to design, quality, and exclusivity. We are looking for a sales assistant to join our team at one of our Barcelona stores. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers and delivering an enjoyable and personalized shopping experience. Your daily tasks will include advising and selling our products, maintaining store organization, and ensuring all items are properly displayed. Responsibilities: * Professionally and warmly assist and advise customers. * Maintain store order and presentation. * Process payments and manage returns. * Organize and monitor inventory. * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferably in footwear or fashion). * Required languages: * Spanish: Native or bilingual level. * Catalan: Native or bilingual level. * English: Advanced level. * Availability to work 30 hours per week. * Adaptability, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Interpersonal skills, punctuality, and customer orientation. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a dynamic company passionate about artisanal fashion. * 30-hour weekly contract with rotating schedule (Monday to Sunday).
