Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and functional digital experiences for software development projects, collaborating across the entire product lifecycle. We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** with experience in software development projects to design intuitive, functional, and business-objective-aligned digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and stakeholder teams, actively participating throughout the entire product lifecycle. **Responsibilities** * Design user-centered user experiences for web and/or mobile applications. * Create **user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes** (low- and high-fidelity). * Define and maintain **design systems** and style guides. * Participate in **research** activities: interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders. * Translate functional and business requirements into effective design solutions. * Validate designs through usability testing and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure visual and experiential consistency across different products. * Support the development team during implementation (handoff). **Requirements** * Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in software projects. * Solid understanding of **UX principles, usability, and user-centered design**. * Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar**. * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban). * Ability to present and justify design decisions. * Updated portfolio (mandatory). **Desirable** * Experience designing complex systems (ERP, back-office, internal platforms). * Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and responsive design**. * Experience with UX metrics and analytics. * Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG). **Soft Skills** * Clear and effective communication. * Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams. * Critical thinking and continuous improvement orientation. * Autonomy and organizational skills. * Empathy toward users and business objectives. **What We Offer** * Participation in challenging and impactful software projects. * A collaborative environment with a strong focus on product quality. * Flexible compensation. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Competitive terms aligned with your profile.
