Job Summary: We are seeking a UNIX/Linux Administrator to join a stable, long-term project responsible for the administration, operation, and monitoring of Linux and virtualized systems. We are currently looking to hire a UNIX/Linux Administrator to participate in a stable, long-term project. **Responsibilities** * Administration, operation, and monitoring of Linux systems. * Deployment, configuration, and implementation of Linux servers. * Management and administration of virtualized environments. * Incident resolution and infrastructure support. * Automation of tasks using scripting. * Participation in Agile and DevOps-based work environments. * Periodic on-call duties to ensure service continuity. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Work mode is virtually 100% remote; only occasional client meetings required. * Stable working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. * Approximate on-call schedule of one week per month. * Opportunity to join a stable and long-term technological project. * Professional development in leading corporate environments. **Requirements:** --------------- Proven experience in administration, operation, and monitoring of systems. Knowledge and experience in: * Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 or higher. * Oracle Linux. * VMware 5 or higher. * Oracle Virtual Machine (OVM). * TCP/IP networking. * Deployment and implementation of Linux servers. * Shell scripting (Bash). Experience working under DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. **Required Education** Officially recognized qualification in Spain. The following qualifications will be valued: University Degree * Diploma, Technical Engineering, or equivalent (pre-Bologna plans) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences. * Bachelor’s Degree (MECES Level 2 or EQF Level 6) or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences. Vocational Training * Candidates with a Higher Technician in Information Systems Administration or equivalent Higher Vocational Training qualifications in Information and Communications Technologies are also eligible.
