We are a company specialized in **professional technical services for the home.** We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills to support customers throughout the management of their incidents. * Employment type: Permanent contract from day one. * Working hours: 28 hours per week, afternoon shift. * Salary: €11,965.68 gross per year, according to the collective agreement. * Location: **C/ Miguel Yuste, 19 – San Blas\-Canillejas (Madrid)**. You will be one of the key contacts for our customers when they need to manage an insurance claim. * **Answer incoming calls** and collect necessary information to register home insurance claims. * **Support policyholders** throughout the entire process, addressing their questions and keeping them informed. * **Manage and monitor** the claims assigned to you. * Coordinate with **repair companies** to ensure services are carried out correctly. * Maintain smooth communication with both **customers and professionals**, ensuring each incident progresses toward resolution. REQUIREMENTS * Strong **communication skills** and customer service orientation. * Ability to **organize and track** tasks effectively. * A **solution-oriented and proactive attitude**. * Capacity to handle multiple incidents and priorities simultaneously. * Willingness to work collaboratively and learn. * Prior experience in telephone customer service.
