You will join a pleasant working environment with a committed team, where our core values are integrity, collaboration, courage, and excellence. * **We are waiting for you!** **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** Deliver and coordinate technical department training for the network of technicians across Linde’s branches and distributors in Spain and Portugal. **Key responsibilities:** As Training Specialist for training and the TSS\&T training team, for KION ITS EMEA Iberia, you will lead the restructuring of the training academy covering the group’s three material handling brands: You will implement, deliver, and manage both digital and in-person training programs. You will create content using new digital tools, monitor usage and registrations in coordination with trainers, and support training delivery by equipping trainers with necessary resources (machines, tools, venues, materials, etc.). Specific duties for this position: * Deliver assigned technical training sessions. * Prepare the annual training catalog. * Update the training catalog semi-annually. * Monitor, coordinate, and support trainers in preparing required course materials. * Manage digital platforms + Content creation + User management + Registration and attendance management + Reporting * Monitor and manage attendees for training sessions * Process invoices and orders related to training delivered by TSS\&T * Generate and distribute certificates and training materials * Monitor training delivered by EL/TES at branch locations. * Process tripartite agreements with HR * Implement improvements and benefits * Contract and manage hotel arrangements * Handle administrative/bureaucratic tasks specific to the brands **Education, knowledge \& experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Industrial Organization or more than 2 years of experience in a similar role (industrial background preferred). * Ability to engage in relatively complex professional workplace conversations (oral and/or written) in English. * Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications: + PowerPoint + Power BI + Power Automate + Management of digital training tools. + Experience in material handling is desirable. **Competencies \& skills:** * Effective communication * Project integration * Negotiation skills * Teamwork * Continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills * Leadership skills * Group management * IT proficiency
