As part of its expansion and growth plan, we are seeking to incorporate a **National and International Traffic Operations Agent** \-Truck operations: finding trucks for outbound and return trips. \-Freight sales and acquisition of new clients. \-Receiving customer service requests. \-Identifying customer needs and expectations. \-Analyzing the feasibility of meeting customer requirements prior to approval by the responsible manager. \-Opening files and preparing for invoicing. \-Verifying minimum requirements of carriers. \-Reporting incidents during transportation internally and to the client. **Your profile:** Logistics, Transportation, and/or Supply Chain education Minimum of 2 years' experience in national and international FTL operations (mandatory) Proficiency in Excel and computer skills Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement Dynamic individual with strong customer service skills and organizational capabilities Teamwork habits, accuracy, flexibility, and proactivity Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: Up to 25\.000,00€ per year Benefits: * Optional remote work
