Design and develop high\-performance stamping and bending tools for metal components, ensuring technical feasibility, product quality and optimization of cost, reliability and lead time. The role is focused on industrialization and continuous improvement of tooling, with a strong interaction with production, maintenance, suppliers and other plants within the ARaymond Group. The position requires a hands\-on, plant\-oriented mindset, capable of bridging design and real production constraints, especially in high\-speed stamping environments. Design and development of stamping, bending and cutting tools, with special focus on high\-speed progressive dies. Preparation of 2D and 3D technical documentation for manufacturing, assembly and validation. Analysis of technical feasibility of parts, including material behavior and forming constraints. Follow\-up of tool manufacturing, assembly, try\-out and industrialization, ensuring achievement of performance targets. Lead and support tool debugging and troubleshooting during ramp\-up and serial production. Propose and implement technical improvements to increase tool lifetime, robustness, OEE and cost efficiency. Collaborate with suppliers (design reviews, technical discussions, negotiations) and ensure alignment with specifications. Coordinate with other ARaymond plants to share best practices and support industrialization projects. Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements. Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD\&T, and tight tolerances in automotive environments. Experience in tool design for fasteners or similar high\-volume automotive components will be highly valued. Experience in tool try\-out, validation and industrialization, including on\-site follow\-up. Strong experience in tool design optimization for cost, lifetime and performance (preventive approach). English: mandatory – professional level. Knowledge of automotive standards and quality requirements (IATF, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
