We are seeking individuals to perform telephone sales activities for a Contact Center company located in the Zona Franca area of Barcelona. Tasks include making calls to customers who have requested contact, meeting defined commercial objectives, and recording or updating information in the system. Other duties inherent to the position are also performed. A part-time contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 30 hours, Monday to Friday afternoons, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in customer retention and/or telesales. * Availability to attend a five-day training program. * We seek a dynamic individual with negotiation skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. * Completed ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education).
