We continuously innovate to deliver solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. **What are we looking for?** We are currently seeking a person responsible for the proper manufacturing of fabrics according to technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and productivity targets. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Prepare, start up, and supervise assigned looms. * Load required raw materials into machines for production. * Monitor proper equipment operation during the weaving process. * Identify and resolve basic incidents, such as thread breaks or minor machine adjustments. * Control fabric quality during production, identifying potential defects and reporting any deviations. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace. * Comply with occupational risk prevention, safety, and environmental regulations. **Experience:** * Prior experience as a weaver or in industrial weaving processes will be valued. * Experience in industrial production environments will also be valued. **What we offer:** * The opportunity to join a company experiencing continuous growth. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. * A positive work environment.
