Job Description **Technical Architect** We are a company specializing in architectural solar protection solutions (facades, awnings, louvers, pergolas, tensile structures, and technical shading systems). Our goal is to improve energy efficiency and comfort in spaces by combining design, innovation, and sustainability. **Responsibilities and Functions:**. * Full project management of construction works: from tendering, budgeting, planning, and execution to final handover. * Analysis of tender documents and preparation of technical documentation for tenders and public procurement. * Preparation and control of budgets, certifications, and financial monitoring of projects. * Coordination with the technical office, suppliers, and installation teams. * Supervision of quality, deadlines, and regulatory compliance on site. * Direct liaison with clients, architects, and developers. **Requirements:** * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction work and project management. * Knowledge of tendering procedures and economic project management. * Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, Office). * Experience in building envelopes or solar protection is desirable. * Problem-solving profile with strong organizational skills and team management capability. **We offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company in the sustainable construction sector. * Professional development and training in innovative solar protection solutions. * Competitive remuneration based on experience and profile. * Excellent working environment and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
