Engrunes Recovery and Maintenance, Social Integration Company, S.L.U., seeks to hire a Technical Architect to join its Construction Department. We are looking for a candidate with a technical profile, strong organizational and planning skills, client orientation, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
The selected candidate will join the technical team of the Construction Department and work under the supervision of the department director. Key responsibilities include: • Providing technical support, advice, and liaison with clients. • Conducting site visits to identify client needs and assess required works. • Collecting data and performing measurements. • Defining appropriate technical solutions for each intervention. • Preparing budgets, cost assessments, and economic proposals. • Monitoring financial aspects of works and assessing completed works. • Planning, organizing, and scheduling works. • Coordinating with foremen and various work teams. • Supervising work execution, quality control, and resolving incidents. • Monitoring compliance with deadlines and detecting potential deviations. • Coordinating with suppliers and supporting material and resource management. • Preparing and managing technical documentation related to the works. This position primarily focuses on maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and improvement of buildings—especially façades, finishes, and interventions of moderate complexity. It is not intended for large-scale construction projects or structural interventions or highly complex construction works. Occupational Health and Safety The hired candidate will actively participate in integrating prevention into the planning and execution of works, particularly in: • Identifying risks associated with planned tasks. • Planning works considering occupational health and safety conditions. • Coordinating with foremen to ensure implementation of preventive measures. • Monitoring proper use of personal and collective protective equipment. • Supervising general safety conditions at workplaces. • Coordinating with the Prevention Service when necessary. • Detecting, reporting, and following up on potential incidents or hazardous situations. • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable occupational health and safety regulations. Professional Profile We seek a candidate holding a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with solid technical knowledge and the ability to manage construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects.
* Experience: 2 years. • Experience in building maintenance and rehabilitation. • Knowledge of façades, finishes, repairs, and common building pathologies. • Experience in monitoring and supervising executed works. • Knowledge of quality control. • Experience coordinating teams and foremen. • Knowledge of supplier and material management related to work execution. • Familiarity with applicable regulations in the fields of construction and occupational risk prevention. • Sensitivity and commitment to Engrunes’ social values.
