Mission and Objective
Within the Real Estate area, the selected candidate will join the Technical Development\-Development of Promotions team.
The role involves leading and managing the end-to-end development of assigned real estate projects, with the objective of analyzing and executing the most appropriate investment in assets—particularly residential developments—to maximize property value.
This includes coordinating all parties involved in construction execution, monitoring and controlling costs and timelines, and concluding with post-sales issue management once dwellings are delivered to end buyers.
Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive promotion management: team coordination, cost and timeline monitoring and control.
* Management of project updates\/preparation, including quality assurance plans for each promotion and ensuring compliance with urban planning regulations.
* Management of supplier tendering processes, preparation of documentation, legal advisory support, evaluation of tenders, recommendation of award, contract formalization, technical project approvals, homologation, etc.
* Management, processing, and obtaining of permits, authorizations, and licenses required for proper construction execution.
* Management of the legalization process: registry registration and cadastral declaration.
* Collection of final construction documentation, housing manuals, building logbook, final construction certificate.
* Management of utility contracts, insurance policies, taxes, commissioning activities, homeowners’ associations, etc.
* Construction handover and delivery of the development to buyers.
* Post-sales management.
* Identification of investment opportunities aligned with defined strategy.
* Preparation of various progress reports for both external and internal clients.

Location: Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Huesca, and Segovia
Requirements
* Degree in Technical Architecture or Architecture.
* Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in a similar position or within the Technical Department of a developer or contractor, handling tendering, construction monitoring and control—including budgeting, scheduling, and quality standards—as well as administrative procedures required for construction execution and promotion legalization up to commercialization.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
