We are looking for a **TCMS Engineer** with experience in embedded railway systems to join a dynamic technical environment, where you will participate in key projects and further develop your expertise in train control and management systems. If you have a solid technical background in TCMS and wish to take the next step in your career, we want to meet you! **What You’ll Do Daily** ------------------------------- In this role, you will: * Develop, integrate, and evolve **TCMS (Train Control and Management System)**. * Collaborate with technical teams in **onboard (train)** and **industrial/factory** environments. * Analyze and resolve technical issues in railway systems. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (software, systems, validation). * Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization activities. * Support technical project tracking tasks. * Occasionally undertake **national and international travel**. **Your Profile** ------------- To be a strong fit for this position, we seek candidates with: * Over **3 years of experience** in the **railway sector**, especially in **TCMS**. * Experience with major railway manufacturers’ systems (CAF or others—valued). * Solid knowledge of **C/C\+\+**. * Experience in complex technical environments and teamwork. * Interest in progressing toward roles with greater technical responsibility or coordination. * Availability for **occasional travel**. * **Advanced English proficiency** (for an international work environment). **What We Especially Value** * Combined experience working both **onboard trains \+ in factories**. * Participation in international projects. * Strong **technical communication and coordination skills**. * Proactive attitude and results orientation.
