Job Summary: We are seeking a Study Manager to lead the preparation of bids, technical and economic studies in building construction and civil engineering projects, coordinating a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the preparation of bids for tenders and technical studies. 2. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure project success. 3. Manage multiple projects and a technical team. At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a Study Manager for the Studies Department of a company specializing in building construction, engineering, and civil works, located in Cartagena. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of **bids for tenders** and monitoring of award procedures. * Conducting **technical and economic studies of construction projects**, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. * **Site technical visits** and preparation of detailed reports on project status and feasibility. * **Coordination and collaboration** with other departments and branches to optimize processes and ensure project success. * Support in project planning and cost analysis to guarantee efficiency and profitability. * Coordinate a team of 3 Study Technicians **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in roles related to construction project studies. * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** or similar software for drafting and budgeting. * Analytical and organized profile, with strong **teamwork skills** and ability to communicate results effectively. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives **What does the company offer?** * Salary: approx. €40\-48K * Location: Cartagena
